I'm a wedding and elopement photographer based on Oahu, Hawaii!
My name is Sunny Golden!
This is all about getting to know each other and making your photography experience not-so-intimidating. Let's loosen up, have fun and become friends! I'm not here to put you into some cookie-cutter, stiff poses. You are WAY too unique for that! I'm about letting you love each other the way you do best and encouraging genuine interaction. You know, the good stuff that is actually YOU!
I also believe the connection between you and I is SUPER important because who the heck wants to be photographed by someone they don't vibe with....that'd be no one!

Sunny is an absolute artist. Not only is she at the top of her craft, she has the kind of personality that will make you feel so comfortable and so beautiful in front of the camera. She took our Oahu wedding photos and I know I’ll look through them probably once a month for the rest of our lives, that’s how happy we were with her work! Thank you a thousand times over Sunny!

Sunny is such a joy! She is professional, has the best eye, and an infectious laugh. She kept our whole day light and fun. My husband and I are definitely strangers to getting pictures taken and the pictures turned out AMAZING! The candid-style photos and her editing brings out the best in you and the light. I cannot express the elation we’ve had looking through our pictures, working with Sunny, and all the memories we get to relieve over, and over, and over. Super recommend. :)

We will be forever grateful to have had Sunny capture our day. From the moment we reached out to her to the day our gallery was delivered, she was such a joy to work with. We had so much fun with her and felt so comfortable and like ourselves which translated to our photos. And the photos BLEW our expectations out of the water. Timeless, beautiful, and you can truly feel how special the day was through the photos she captured. We could not recommend having Sunny apart of your big day more and hope to shoot with her again for an anniversary!

I found love when I met my husband and found it again with Sunny's photos. I'd give 100 stars if I could- the shots, the edits, the colors, all of it are GORGEOUS and the joy really shows in each shot. I have had the extreme pleasure of hanging out with Sunny on my wedding day which is absolutely what I wanted from my vendors (I say hanging out because she was like a camera ninja!). She was fun, warm, and her energy is contagious- making the day so comfortable and exciting for everyone. Your wedding day really goes by so fast- even as hard as I tried to cling onto every moment, we were so thrilled to find so many small details (friends and family smiling, laughing, crying) that we missed and now get to relive forever through her pictures. 100/10 recommend Sunny Golden! We're thinking of getting married again just so we can have more photos from her! (:
